CHAT CHANNEL - Games & Competitions

What do you do if you run out of Ronan stuff to talk about? We've invented a few games and competitions to break the ice and entertain everyone when we have nothing to say in the chat channel. We've only got a few right now - but we want all of you to change that!
Read on and start preparing - the more you know, the better you'll do it!

In all of the games, the action starts with the first player. If you want to be the first player, DCC the @ in charge of the games and ask 'em. If you're chosen to be the first player, you're responsible for asking the first question, and determining who gets the answer first. Because of different ping times, the person who said the answer first may vary between different users - so if you asked the question, the "first" person is the person who gives the correct answer on your screen first. If you answer a question correctly, you become the "first player", and get to ask the next question.

Please be a good sport - it's just a game! Don't waste time by typing "junk" messages or mean stuff - we'd like a positive, constructive atmosphere at all times.

It's Only Words...

For this game, you need to know your Ronan lyrics and be able to type fast!
The first player gives a short phrase or a line from any Ronan song. Then it's a race between the others to say which song the first player meant. The first to guess gets 10 points - at the end of the game we'll add up the points and find our winner!

Trivial Pursuit (Ro style)

What can you say about this competition? It doesn't get simpler than this - just ask a question about Ronan and the first to answer gets 10 points.
Example: How many Top 10 singles has Ronan had so far? What is Ro's current place on the Internet World Charts' Favorite Male Star Chart? When were his kids born?
