1) No insults are allowed in the channel to the fans in the channel, to any @ (operator), or anyone in the Ronan list. Anyone that comes in to disturb or insult will be kicked & banned from the channel.
2) No flooding is allowed.
3) No pop outs are allowed in the first 30 minutes of the week-end meetings unless they are 'welcome' ones.
